In 2023, we sold over 5,000 $30 bouquets to about 750 customers that kept coming back. We marketed like crazy. And yes—it worked. But I knew it wasn’t sustainable.

People weren’t going to keep buying multiple things from me every week forever. The bubble was going to burst—and it did.

Other flower farms started popping up. Two of my own former employees launched farms within 15 miles (and I genuinely wish them well!). But I knew the easy momentum and excitement wouldn’t last forever. So I had to ask myself:
