Day 1: Bridal Consults & Client Management

• Morning Session 1: Dive into the fundamentals of bridal consultations. Learn how to set expectations, communicate effectively, and understand the unique needs of each bride. Engage in role-playing exercises to refine your consultation techniques.
• Mid-Day Session: Explore the administrative side of floral event services, including contracts, pricing strategies, and managing client expectations. Participate in workshops that teach you how to create transparent and effective proposals that help seal the deal.
• Afternoon Session: Focus on design principles for wedding florals. This hands-on session will allow you to practice arranging centerpieces, bouquets, and other essential wedding florals under the guidance of experienced florists. Each participant will make a bridal bouquet, boutonniere, wrist corsage, and centerpiece.

Day 2: Local Flower Focus

• Morning Session: Learn hands-on efficiency tips and tricks for harvesting, processing, and storing local flowers. Determine which flowers are going to the be the most profitable for you as a grower and useful based on your own needs. Help decide which flowers are best to grow yourself and which to outsource. Hands-on flower farmer insight in the process of which the host farm makes 50+ bouquets in 3 hours.
• Afternoon Session: Learn about logistics and execution on the big day of the wedding. We’ll cover everything from floral transport to on-site setup. You'll gain insights into creating efficient workflows that ensure every event runs smoothly, leaving your clients satisfied and ready to recommend your services.
