For those who have some experience and want to grow their business, the Beyond the Basics level offers tools to expand your skills and customer base. Established flower farmers earning around $100K+ who want to fine-tune operations or scale further will benefit most from the Specialty/Skills to Scale level.

Absolutely! Our coaching is flexible so you can move to a new level whenever you’re ready. Each level provides support to build on your foundation, so if you find you’re ready to expand, we’re here to help.

Each course is self-paced, allowing you to complete it on your own timeline. However, many of our courses are designed to be actionable and completed in about 4-6 weeks. You’ll also find that many offer lifetime access, so you can revisit lessons as needed.
